Within 12 hours of receiving your funds, your order will be processed. So, before hitting the submit button, double-check that your order is correct.
(a). Cancellations made within 12 hours after purchase are free of charge. However, you must contact us through email or online chat in advance.
(b). To compensate for our costs, we charge a 10% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 12–24 hours of purchase.
(c). Cancellations made after 24 hours will be charged a 30% cancellation fee due to additional manufacturing and time costs.
(d). If you insist on canceling your order after we have completed your doll (which generally takes 2–5 days), we will charge you 80%.
(e). In the event that we have not only completed but also dispatched your doll, the order will not be canceled; please understand.
All refunds will be sent via Paypal or credit card (usually, banks take 1-2 weeks to complete the refund process).
Cancellation is not possible for the following orders
(a). Because implanted hair is handmade and time-consuming, orders with implanted hair can’t be canceled.
(b). Orders for silicone dolls cannot be canceled since the factory processes the order at a considerably higher cost than TPE.
(c). If you choose in-stock dolls, we will ship them within 6 hours after receiving your purchase. The shipping carrier may take it while you cancel it, and we will be unable to recall the shipment due to the high shipping costs.
For the following two reasons, once the doll is sold, there are no returns available:
(a) Each sex doll is a one-of-a-kind item, made to the customer’s specifications.
(b) Because the doll will come into contact with the skin and reproductive organs, the second sale will be affected.
However, if you are dissatisfied for any other reason, you may contact us for assistance.
In the following situations, you may be eligible for a refund:
(a) You haven’t yet received your doll-If you’re prepared to wait, we’ll offer you a full refund or resend it.
(b) you received a different order: Show us an unboxing video after you received the wrong doll (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box). We will notify our factory and delivery carrier and arrange for a new replacement or a full refund.
(c) You received a damaged doll-If your box is significantly damaged, you should file a claim with the delivery company as soon as possible. Depending on the severity of the damage, a new replacement will be arranged. We will provide all the essential kits to assist you in repairing minor damage.
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
(a) Undeliverable Orders – When entering your shipment information, please be cautious.Your shipping label will be produced exactly as you specify. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a 50% processing fee and no shipping reimbursement.
(b) User damage: Before we ship the dolls to you, we run a quality check on each one. Please be careful when using the doll. Any shady or user-caused damage will not be covered.
(c) Dolls That Have Been Used—Dolls that have been used will not be covered by the warranty.
(d) Skin flaws: It’s typical for the skin tone on computer screens to differ slightly from the one you receive.
(e) Finger and Toe Nails: Because we only apply light glue to ensure that the dolls’ nails can be removed by the buyer, they may fall off during shipping or after you receive the box. Simply reattach a broken nail with a lash and nail adhesive.
(f) Loose Eyelash-To safeguard the doll’s eyes, a protective eye mask (spongy) will be applied to her face. Even if an eyelash falls off, you can reattach it yourself with lash and nail adhesive.
(g) Makeup Difference: We tried our hardest to re-create the photographer’s makeup in the photo. However, there is no guarantee that it will match 100 percent of the time. Each doll may vary slightly from the image. In the unlikely event that you do not like it, you can erase the makeup and recreate it as desired.
Overall, you must inspect it from head to toe upon receiving the doll before using it. This is critical. Please notify us within 24 hours if you have any problems or complaints with our services. Please email us at [email protected] with as much detail as possible, including any photographs or videos. After that, we can work on resolving the problem.
