This means that we can only accept returns or offer refunds on products that arrived in a broken state or were damaged during the shipping process. This rarely happens, but if it does happen to you then we need to be informed as soon as possible. Take various pictures of the defective product, ensuring that you capture all the flaws. Then, write a detailed message about the doll’s defects and send an email within 24 hours of collecting your package.
Please note that variations in the skin color of the doll are a common issue, as sex dolls are always crafted by hand. This means that every doll has its distinctive features and it does not mean that the doll is damaged or even defective. Another important information is that eyelashes and fingernails are usually lightly connected to the sex doll. This means that they might get disconnected from the doll during shipping. But this is definitely not a cause for alarm. You can always attach them back to your dolls with a TPE-safe glue (look for similar videos on YouTube or TikTok for guidance).
