Use baby oil or mineral oil.
To work with a straight edge, wrap a piece of good paper towel numerous times. This will give you control over where the oil goes and doesn’t go. Put a lot of oil on the tip of the towel that has been folded. You should wipe it over the TPE area that you wish to clean. There may be a need for multiple applications of factory makeup. Unless you are confident that you can do better, leave the factory eyebrows in place and merely gently scrub around them.
After removing makeup, use the same technique to clean the entire region once again with a new towel and oil.
Allow 24 to 36 hours to completely dry. TPE will have a little sticky feel to it.
You should never powder at this time if this is a region you want to reapply makeup to. Apply makeup and upper and lower eyelashes if necessary, and let it dry. Test all materials to see how they adhere to some scrap TPE, like an insert, if you haven’t done this before. If you genuinely want to learn, watch how-to videos on YouTube; the approach is identical.
Using a large makeup brush, softly powder with cornstarch after that. Use only the brush’s tips; if you drag the bristle end across the TPE, it will abrade the material. To remove any extra powder, tap the brush hard on the outer edge of a washbasin. Then, lightly brush the same area again with the empty brush.
Don’t worry if you mess it up. Simply repeat the previous steps.
