How Do You Make Your Sex Dolls?

It takes lots of skill and attention to detail to make a sex doll. However, once the doll is finished, every effort that goes into the process becomes worth it. We make our dolls with you, our customers, at heart. Once you provide us with what you need in a doll, we begin the process to make your dreams come true.

THE DOLL’S BODY #

The first step is to choose the proper mold that will create exactly what our customers require. Then, we design a metal mold that goes into the mold. The mold is closed so that it can form a solid shape around the skeleton. At this stage, the doll is already coming to life! We tint the TPE or silicone mixture in order to get the skin tone our customer demands. After this, the mixture is added to the mold. The mixture starts to take a solid shape, and the time this process takes depends on the type of material that was used. Once the desired shape is achieved, we take out the mold.

Trimming the seams is the next thing we do. Here, we smoothen the edges manually. After this, the vagina and anal inserts, along with the labia, are added to the doll. We have hangers for all our dolls, and this helps us prevent wrinkles or creases on the dolls. Next, we airbrush the dolls with color to give them their beautiful appearance. If you asked for body or pubic hair, this is where we make such additions too. Once the dolls have dried, we dust them with light powder in order to prevent wear or tear on the skin-like material. After this, fingernails and toenails are fixed.

THE DOLL’S HEAD #

We take extra care to see that the doll’s face matches our customer’s specifications. The head is tinted with the same material that was used for the body in order to achieve a consistent coloration. Then, we cool or heat the material, depending on what type of material it is. When this is done, the mold is removed for trimming and detailing. Next, the eyes, nose, ears, and mouth will be cut and finished. Foam or a cotton-like material is attached to the head to give it a natural shape and texture.

Next, we add the eyes, lashes and eyebrows. If the customer demanded a hair implant, this added one strand at a time. At this point, we add a mouth, teeth and tongue to the doll. Afterward, permanent makeup is applied to make it look perfect all the time without having to use any real makeup ever. The doll is sent for a quality inspection to make sure it is perfect. If it passes inspection, it is packaged and sent to the customer. This is an extremely important step to ensure the customer is happy with their new doll. It is the final step before the customer gets to meet their new friend!
