If you fail to cancel the package you placed within 24 hours, be aware that there is nothing we can do as your order is already in production.

Be aware that you have a grace period of 24 hours to either modify the body type and other customizations of your sex doll or place a request to terminate your order. If you do not make any moves after 24 hours, it means you have accepted our conditions and permit us to begin our production process.

All terminated orders (including several subscription plans and orders cancelled within 24 hours) will be charged a token of $150 to restock.

After the grace period of 24 hours, we will be unable to make any changes, and product processing will begin.

Be reminded that no order will be terminated after twenty hours, nor will there be any form of refund after the specified timeframe.
