The doll is permitted to rest on its hands and knees, provided that it isn’t doing so for an extended period of time. In several of our advertisements for the doll model, the dolls actually take a similar pose.
There will certainly be some tension on the doll’s hand but it is in an evenly distributed range, so there should be no reason for concern.
